Terms of Service
Last updated: July 29, 2026
Esquad is a teammate-finder service for CS2, Dota 2 and casual games. By signing up or using the service you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use the service.
1. Account
You can sign up with an email and password or via Steam. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
Your account is personal: you are responsible for everything that happens under it and for keeping your password safe. Creating multiple accounts, selling or transferring them, or using someone else's account is not allowed.
2. Your content
Everything you publish — requests, profile description, messages, reviews, ideas — remains yours. By publishing content you allow Esquad to display it to other users as part of the service.
You are responsible for what you publish. Do not post other people's personal data or material you have no rights to.
3. What is prohibited
- insults, harassment, threats and discrimination in any form;
- advertising cheats, boosting, account selling or other services prohibited by the games;
- spam, bulk messaging and irrelevant advertising in requests and chats;
- fraud, impersonating another person or a representative of the service;
- links to malicious or phishing resources;
- attempts to hack, bypass restrictions or interfere with the service;
- any content that violates the law.
4. Reviews and reputation
Reviews may only describe real experience of playing together. Reputation farming, trading ratings by agreement and revenge reviews are prohibited and get removed.
5. Moderation
We review user reports and may hide or remove content that violates these terms; serious or repeated violations may lead to account restrictions or a ban. Evading a ban, including via new accounts, is prohibited.
If you believe we made a mistake, contact us via the feedback form in the service.
6. Third-party platforms and games
Steam sign-in and game statistics rely on third-party platforms (Steam, OpenDota) under their own terms. Esquad is not affiliated with Valve or the publishers of the games mentioned; game titles are used for identification only.
7. Service availability and liability
The service is provided "as is": we do our best to keep it stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that you will find teammates. We are not responsible for other users' behavior in game or for any arrangements you make with each other.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the page; we will announce significant changes in the service. By continuing to use Esquad after changes take effect, you accept the new revision.
Questions about these terms can be asked via the feedback form in the service.
